Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances arise which are unavoidable and will require you to cancel or reschedule your intended course appointment. If you need to reschedule your zoom session, just use the links on the menu to "Schedule your Zoom" session for new appointment.

Once the equipment is shipped and/or you started the online course via the AHA's website there is no refund. If the equipment was not shipped and you did not start the online course, refund will be granted minus any credit card fee. If you received your AHA eCard, there are no refunds. If you took the wrong course and received your certification, there are no refunds.
