Yes you do. After you complete the online part & take your skills with the live instructor via zoom, you are issued the American Heart Association Heartsaver or BLS ecard prior to leaving the zoom session. Your American Heart Association eCard Certification are good for 2 years. AHA approved online courses for training centers back in April 2020.

Yes you do. Equipment will be sent to your address you registered with, you must receive the equipment prior to participating in the zoom skills. You will also need a computer with a camera and your smart phone. Materials include - Adult/Child/Infant mannequin, bag mask, pocket mask and AED & First Aid Supplies if you are taking that option.

You will take the AHA online course via eLearning.heart.org website. We provide you the link and course activation key once you register for the course. Email will sent to you within 12hours of registration.

The virtual skills are done via zoom after you receive your equipment and take the online part. Once you receive your equipment and complete the online part, you must return to our website and schedule your zoom session via our zoom scheduling on our website. At the top click on "Schedule Zoom Session", and follow the on screen prompts. You will select a time and be represented with Zoom link to join the meeting.

You need to take the AHA BLS Healthcare Provides CPR. We offer that virtually too, but more equipment is shipped to you. Heartsaver is more for lay people not in the healthcare field. BLS is for healthcare workers.

Equipment is sent out the next business day, normally it will take about 3-5 business days for it to arrive to your home. While you are waiting for the CPR kit to arrive you should take the online course (Activation Key Sent within 24 hours of successful registration). When you receive your kit & you completed the online part, return to our website to schedule your skills session.

You need to take the American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR Adult/Child/Infant with First Aid. When you complete your webinar with your live AHA instructor mention you need the AMERHA-216 for US Coast Guard, it will be provided prior to you leaving the zoom session.

Refunds are only given if equipment was not sent yet and/or Online course was not started. Once your equipment is shipped or you complete the online course, no refund is provided.

Yes its the same AHA Heartsaver or BLS eCard. You will take an online course while the equipment is being mailed to your home for the "hands on skills testing" via zoom.

The online course is done at your own pace. It can take anywhere from 5-14 days to complete depending on your location and speed of shipping. If you need your certification sooner than that virtual training option might not be your best option.
